About Us

Mirja Klotz is co-founder of Responsive Leadership with over 25 years of international experience. She has worked with executives and managers from all over the world, including leaders from top multinationals, NGOs, and multilateral organizations like the United Nations.

Coming from a background in strategy consulting, innovation management, and executive coaching, her natural curiosity about human behavior has always drawn her to people-centered approaches to business challenges.
