Leadership Coaching
These are one-on-one sessions that focus on developing the necessary mindset and skills to respond to business and interpersonal challenges with greater authenticity, creativity and efficiency.
Through creating a deeper level consciousness, leaders are able to challenge and change their habitual ways of thinking and develop more effective behaviors in lasting ways.
These are highly personalized sessions, tailored to individuals and business needs. This allows working on goals in a deep and focused way.
Either face-to-face or via videoconference, sessions are spaced out over time to allow practicing new behaviors, competencies and creating new thinking habits in lasting ways.
360º LEADERSHIP EVALUATIONS
Leadership coaching is most effective in combination with an initial 360º evaluation.
The Leadership Circle Profile allows us to understand the underlying thoughts and beliefs that form a leader’s strengths and limitations, revealing key aspects and development opportunities immediately.
Going beyond traditional competency- based approaches, the Leadership Circle Profile allows for faster and long-lasting results.
The evaluation can be repeated after 18 months, to see the progress achieved.
WORKSHOPS
In our workshops we work on mindset changes and developing key leadership skills at a group level.
Workshops are highly experiential and interactive. We use exercises that invite participants to self-discovery and the generation of their own insights.
We facilitate an enriching exchange of ideas and experiences among participants allowing them to discover the topics from different angles. Furthermore, workshops are ideal for practicing new skills in a safe learning environment.
