Neuro Leadership
Challenge
Faced with high levels of stress and a lot of pressure to achieve objectives, a leading technology company decides to reinforce Management’s leadership. After the success of the Management workshop, the same workshop is held for all teams to reinforce leadership on all levels.
The goal was for managers to develop key leadership skills to achieve business results through building better relationships with their teams, increasing their levels of motivation, collaboration and commitment.
Our collaboration
- 25 workshops
- 120 participants
- Management and their teams
- Language: English
- Format: Face-to-face
This workshop facilitated the development of more effective ways of thinking, acting and relating through a deeper understanding of the functioning of the brain and human behavior.
Understanding how our brain works and how we can use this knowledge to develop more effective strategies to be more productive, influence others, drive change, and collaborate offered a clear competitive advantage in an increasingly demanding work environment.
It was a very interactive and practical workshop. We provided a set of skills, tools and knowledge that allowed participants to evolve as leaders in a meaningful way and create more effective habits for managing people. It combined key insights from social neuroscience, experiential exercises and games, as well as small group reflections.
Results
- Participants learned key aspects about how the human brain works and how to use this insight to change everyday behaviors.
- They also learned and practiced key leadership skills that will increase the quality of their interactions and lead to more collaborative and motivated teams.
- Understanding the importance of those skills backed up by neuroscience brought up the necessary motivation and conviction to apply them back at work.
- The model introduced gave them a common language, increasing their ability to speak about complex concepts in simple ways.
- Format: Face-to-face
