A market leader in the FMCG industry defined increasing productivity and efficiency as one of the focus areas in their yearly online training plan.
The goal was to transmit effective models and concepts about how to increase productivity and personal effectiveness at work in a 2 hour online workshop.

A 2-hour online workshop in which we introduced and practiced 2 practical models to increase personal productivity and efficiency. This interactive workshop combined useful theory with real life examples, experiential exercises as well as time for reflection in pairs and in the whole group.
Results
- Participants learned about 2 practical models and tools that are very useful in the process of becoming more productive.
- One allows them to be more strategic about prioritizing, delegating and identifying opportunities to “say no”, resulting in freeing up time for strategy, planning and strengthening professional relationships.
- The other tool fosters a proactive mindset with a greater initiative to get things done and less time and energy wasted on non-productive thoughts.
- Participants felt inspired and walked away with practical tools and ideas for action steps to implement right away.
