Emotional Intelligence in relationships with the team

Challenge

Within the annual training plans, an International Hotel chain with more than 570 hotels worldwide launches a new leadership program to enhance the leadership capabilities of its managers in Spain.

The goal is to develop and enhance emotional intelligence as key leadership skills for people management, to improve daily interactions with teams, increase their motivation and achieve the desired business results.

Our collaboration

A series of 3 workshops of between 8 and 14 hours each using a mix of experiential learning, practice and reflection dynamics as well as useful theory and models.

Workshop 1: Leadership Skills

In this interactive and practical workshop we provided a set of skills, tools and knowledge that allowed participants to evolve as leaders in a meaningful way and create more effective habits for managing people.

Workshop 2: Emotional Intelligence in relationships with teams

We covered all aspects of emotional intelligence, from how to identify our own emotions and how to use them to our advantage to how to develop the ability to empathize and help others manage their emotions to create positive relationships in teams. We also taught effective strategies to manage stress and key skills to improve our emotional well-being and that of others.

Workshop 3: Motivation of work teams

Based on recent insights from neuroscience and the true factors of human motivation, this workshop provided knowledge, skills and effective tools to motivate  teams effectively. It also invited participants to develop new ways of understanding relationships and interacting with teams in a conscious and intentional way.
