Faced with high workloads, uncertainty and an accelerated pace of change, a global technology company chose to invest in the physical, mental and emotional well-being of their employees as a strategic move to improve results in a balanced way, increase motivation and retain talent.
Our collaboration

A series of 4 experiential workshops based on recent insights from Neuroscience, mindfulness techniques and coaching methodologies.
Mental Resilience
Focused on a better understanding of how our brain works and the development of skills for better impulse control, clear thinking and good decision making.
Emotional balance
Focused on effective regulation of our emotions and stress levels as well as the importance of positive interactions for our emotional well-being.
Physical Strength
Focused on healthy habits and their impact on optimal brain function.
Results
- Participants became much more aware of how important their mental- physical and emotional wellbeing is for their professional performance.
- They learned practical strategies and came up with individual action steps on how to increase their wellbeing in all areas.
- Participants realized the power of their thoughts and learned how to move out of default thinking habits and judgements into more constructive ways of thinking.
- Understanding themselves better and what’s going on in their brain also changed how they see other people, allowing for an increased sense of empathy.
- Participants learned how to identify and manage their emotions effectively and how to respond to other people’s emotions.
- They practiced 4 effective cognitive strategies about how to use stress to their advantage, for better thinking, decision making and problem solving.
- They walked away with a toolkit and clear practical applications that allowed them to make positive changes in their own thinking, feeling and behaving.
